Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing videos not loading and have checked that you have a strong internet connection, here are a few workarounds you can try: 
  • Check to make sure you are using a supported browser and version. We support the two most recent versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. 
  • Log out, close the browser, and log back in.
  • Try restarting your device.
  • If you have tried these things and you are still experiencing issues we suggest trying a different device (e.g. cellphone, tablet, laptop, desktop PC).
If you are using wireless internet (WIFI)

You may encounter some difficulty viewing videos when using a wireless connection (WIFI).  As with any Internet connection, the speed will vary depending on the strength of the signal you are receiving at the time you view the video programs. If your connection is slow,  you may encounter difficulty streaming the videos smoothly. The videos may look choppy and the audio will be intermittent. If possible find a stronger connection.
