I don't see any course content when I login.
If this is your first time logging in after registration, it can take up to 3 hours for your course to process. We thank you for your patience during this time.
If it has been at least 3 hours since registration, and you still do not see the course available on your dashboard, contact support@trifoia.com for assistance.
If you were initially able to see the course on your dashboard but you have not completed the course, and now you are unable to see, or access, the course, it is possible the course has expired.
Note: All online courses have access limitations from 30-365 days from the day of purchase. If you did not complete the course within the time allotted, you will need to repurchase the course in order to complete and earn a certificate. When repurchasing a course, use the same email address so your progress is saved and you can continue training where you left off. Please see the FAQ on Renewing Expired Course Access.
