I didn't receive my registration email.

If you did not receive the login email after purchasing a course:

For Pyramid users go to https://pyramid.litmos.com/account/Login to enter your email address and receive the password reset email.

For Two Families Now users go to https://tfn.litmos.com/account/Login to enter your email address and receive the password reset email.

  1. The email was sent to the spam/junk folder. 
  2. The email address was entered incorrectly. 
  3. The profile/account was created using a different email address than the email the user is checking.  Verify you are checking the correct email.
  4. No email address has been entered into the email field of the user profile.
  5. The user's place of employment has a firewall that is blocking emails from the domain @litmos.com.
    Also, keep in mind that the email may not be sent immediately.  Please give the system a few minutes to process the email.
* There is a Strong Password Requirement
When a password is set/reset it will need to contain at least:  
  1. 8 characters
  2. 1 upper case
  3. 1 lower case
  4. 1 number
  5. 1 special character
    Passwords are limited to 20 characters in length.
